Travelers should respect the deal they made through the app, they should track the shipment and make sure they received it themselves or there’s someone who will receive it at their house/hotel. If there’s a delay in receiving any item, they must communicate directly with the sender and notify Getlug Support Team through the app.

 

Traveler should advice sender for signature delivery (hand to hand delivery) while sender sending items by local cargo company to traveler avoid theft from the doorstep or mailbox.
